Not sure whether you know that CGTrader has a platform for custom 3D design jobs. The total fee for a job is 5% (lowest of any freelance site, afaik), and they provide an escrow service, so you can be sure you get your order/payment. They support bank transfers, Paypal, Payoneer and Webmoney.
